CPR Certification training was an incredible experience. Seven were in attendance. We used the AED machines. The instructors answered all our questions. The class had written and application test. There were tests on adult, child and infant dummies.
It was 8 am – 3:30 pm. Next CPR Certification training is 3.25.26. Cost is $9 for CPR Certification card. Lunch is included. If you want to sign up for the next one sign up at BRCSTAZ.org. It is at the bottom of the home page.
Allocation of funds are:
We are getting General Liability Insurance for the organization. It will be put in place in the next week. Cost is $738 for 2 mill for the year. $1 mill per occurrence, 2 occurrences. We are not moving forward with the D & O. because it covers things we don’t have need for like employees.
One change we can’t tow vehicles. Insurance is too expensive.
- Shed Repair (Daron) Upcoming Training (Jim and Casey)
Lou Hoover gifted a shed to BRCST is has been moved to the Fire Dept property. We are repairing it and making it water proof. We have budgeted $650 to put on a new outer skin and paint. It has already been repaired to be secure. Inside will be address as donations come in. It is where we store all of our equipment and supplies.

event this year to allow all other community neighborhoods to also attend the
event since the speakers will address issues relevant to the entire mountain

Business can make donations of services.
Nice dinner charge will be $20 pulled pork or brisket. This event will be our main money making event this year.
Contact Casey for donation suggestions. There will be a silent auction and a auction at the end of the night for some items.
At the May 2nd pancake breakfast will announce May 16th speaker event and June 13th dinner and auction.
- New Business
January board meeting wanted to look at incident report.
Dick and Rod have worked on the 4- page Intake page, communications log page, closure/outcome page, debriefing page. Some of the animal searches don’t need all that documentation. One of the goals of the incident report is to help us track our efforts to share with those who might want to get involved or sponsor our organization.
Rod and Dick have created a shorter version for non-person incidents.
All that necessary information for non person search is on the first page of the 4 page report. Rod suggests we add a section to the first page to document the outcome. Making most incidents 1 page.
Rod will send a copy out of the updated information for the one page report.
MOU for communications interface with Mike Hawke and BRCST. It has been reviewed by Mike Hawke. It will be handed off to Dan for review to sign. Personal searches we will bring in communications director, Mike Hawke. Page 3 of 3

If anyone knows how to get ahold of the owner, please pass the information to Pam because there have been several sightings of the dog today.
Mike Bourne has been involved in winching and towing.
He will hold a class. First week of April. Emphasize safety.
